The Folded Corners quilt block is a beautiful and versatile block that can be made with a variety of fabrics. It is made with two common quilting units: half-square triangles and flying geese. Both of these units can be made in different ways, but this tutorial will show you how to make them accurately and easily.

This is a Goshen Star quilt block, which has a small star in the middle that I find very charming. You can experiment with different colours to create different effects with this block. For example, you could use white homespun fabric for the middle star instead of pink, and make it stand out more.
